The following technologies were implemented as part of motorway D3 Čadca – Oščadnica (about 4 km) put into service in 11/2004:

• ISD connection to CRS Horelica tunnel
• Integration of meteorological stations into CRS
• Technological nodes
• Variable traffic signs
• Integration and visualisation of SOS report system
• Integration and visualisation of security system
