The following technologies were implemented as part of motorway D1 Važec – Jánovce, section I (about 20 km) put into service in 2009:

• Local dispatching ISD in SSÚD, Mengusovce
• Integration and visualisation of meteorological stations
• Integration and visualisation of traffic counters
• Integration and visualisation of emergency call stands
• Integration and visualisation of security system
• Technological nodes
• Cutoff signal-circuit controllers
• Road light signalling
• Variable traffic signs and road light signalling
• Security system – closed TV circuit
• Radio connection
