Concurrently, I consent to having authorized employees of PPA file, process and retain data I have provided, in accordance with Act No. 428/2002 on Protection of Personal Data, for the purpose of selecting candidates for vacant jobs. Such consent is granted for a definite term, which expires on the date when PPA offers me an appropriate job or on the date when I ask, in writing, for my personal data to be liquidated. PPA shall liquidate, without delay, any and all personal data regarding me which they have obtained when either the term expires or consent is revoked."

If the above consent form is missing, your application will be liquidated without ever having been processed.
