The cooperation with the customers does not usually end when the work has been carried out. The second stage of our cooperation starts - it is service and in some cases operating the equipment we have supplied as well.

Warranty periods on supply are between 12 and 36 months. The warranty period on programme equipment supplied by our company is usually unlimited.

High quality of delivered components, machines, computers and control systems allow us to execute warranty service procedures usually within 24 hours from the accident report.

In case we agree with our partners on operation of the certain equipment as well, they will get rid of any worries regarding the equipment.
